Understanding God’s Goodness

Believing in God the way the Torah understands it is so much deeper that just an intellectual thought that there’s some power up there floating around. It means (among other things) believing that God is good, and that God is not only guiding the world but also guiding each of our lives. When you contemplate these things you begin to realize that real belief actually requires being in an ongoing relationship. In this week’s talk, we discuss how to cultivate one, plus an overview of human nature, and how making mistakes is all part of the plan.
