Is “It’s All Good” All Good?

One of the deepest things my Rebbe Shlomo Carlebach ever said to me was “G-d doesn’t run the world in a one plus one equals two way.” It’s deeper than that. In this week’s talk we begin with the verse “G-d gives wisdom to the wise.” The problem is — what if I’m not wise? How do I get wisdom then?? We also look into perhaps the most “contemporary” thinker in the Torah, a man named Korach, how he anticipated modern conversations about Godliness and universalism in general.
