Hanukah – Light of Heaven
Dear Friends,
The light of the menorah is the light of heaven. The gematria of shemen (oil) is the same as shamayin (heaven). When we light the menorah we illuminate not just the darkness around us, but open ourselves to see past the confines of this world and the miracles that are with us constantly.
